Profile – Brian Cruise
Brian Cruise is the president of Cruise HR Solutions Corp., a business consulting firm specializing in providing Human Resources management services and staff training to its clients.
For 25 years Brian has worked in various human resources positions in British Columbia. His operations and head office management responsibilities have included the full range of HR functions, including evaluation and management of employee performance, management coaching, hiring, manager and supervisor training, and salary administration. Since 2007 he has applied these tools, knowledge and skills to the needs of small and mid-size businesses, not-for-profit organizations and local government.
Brian is a Business Administration graduate of the University of British Columbia, a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a life-long learner with a wide variety of management experience and training to draw on. He is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the North Island Employment Foundation Society.
Brian and his family live in Campbell River and take full advantage of the community and lifestyle benefits of living on Vancouver Island.
