Managing Employee Performance in the Unionized Workplace is a compact, “straight to the facts”, program designed to give Managers and Supervisors the knowledge and tools needed to fully represent the interests of the employer while building a professional relationship with their employees and Union representatives. It could be called a realistic blend of “tough-love and teamwork”.
The reality is that most workplaces have a few employees who are not working to their full potential. Managers and supervisors know this; so do other employees. This course lays out the steps needed to maintain good performance in your workplace – exercising your full rights as the Employer - in a way that is legally defendable and designed to either change employee behaviour or bring an end to the employment relationship.
